Ingredients (Gluten Free): Evaporated Organic Cane Juice Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cocoa, Corn Starch, Leavening (Baking Powder and Baking Soda), Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
Add 3 large eggs.
Add ½ cup (4 oz.) softened butter or margarine.
Add 1 cup (8 oz.) water.
Mix for 30 seconds at slow speed, scrape down bowl then mix for 2 min. at medium speed.
Place into a 12x8x1 (1/4 sheet pan) or a 9x9x2 inch cake pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350˚ for 12x8 or 40 minutes for 9x9.

NOTE: For high altitude add 1 tsp. corn starch.
