Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cornstarch, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium
Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Non-Fat Milk Powder, Onion Powder, Sea Salt
(Salt, Magnesium Carbonate), Sugar, Garlic Powder, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum,

Directions

- Add 2 1/2 cups (24oz.) water to contents of bag.
- Using a wire whisk mix until completely smooth.
- Peel 6-7 large sweet onions.
- Cut the onions into rings about 1/2 inch wide. (Approximately 80-90 rings).
- Place onions into batter and completely coat.
- Drop into deep fryer.
- Fry until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
**Use normal deep fryer temperature. (350-375)
